Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department.

Location: Southwest Connecticut
Schedule: Full-Time | Dealership Hours, Including Saturdays
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission/Bonus Opportunities
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our luxury automotive dealership in Southwest Connecticut. The Finance Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while managing the dealership financing, insurance products, and final stages of the vehicle purchase process.
The ideal candidate is a confident, professional, and results-driven individual who understands the importance of both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through financing and leasing options
- Present and sell F&I products including service contracts and GAP
- Structure deals and work with lenders to secure financing
- Complete and review all finance and deal documentation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Partner with Sales and Management to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery
- Meet or exceed F&I sales, CSI, and profitability goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive F&I experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing and leasing
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
- Luxury automotive experience preferred
- CDK experience preferred
