We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled products, platforms, and workflows. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions across the full software development lifecycle. You will play a critical role in translating technical and business objectives into executable plans, driving delivery rigor, and ensuring teams are unblocked, aligned, and focused on outcomes.

This role requires comfort operating in fast-moving, technically rigorous environments, particularly those involving AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and AI-assisted development practices.

• Partner and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deeply understand goals, technical constraints, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Own end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, from discovery and planning through execution, release, and realization of business value.
• Design, maintain, and communicate project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery metrics across the full lifecycle.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies, proactively removing impediments and addressing potential blockers before they impact delivery.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles pragmatically, adapting frameworks to fit the specific needs of AI and data-driven work.
• Drive continuous improvement across team processes, delivery practices, and organizational workflows.

• Support delivery of AI/ML initiatives, including model development, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
