As a Support Engineer, you will take ownership of technical issues from first report through resolution, including root‑cause analysis and clear communication with users across the firm. You’ll support endpoint and collaboration technologies that are core to how Bridgewater operates, escalating thoughtfully to Senior Support Engineers when appropriate. This role sits at the intersection of hands‑on support and continuous improvement. As our infrastructure evolves, you’ll work across a mix of legacy and modern platforms—maintaining, integrating, and retiring systems as needed.
