The Real Estate & Land Use Practice at FLB Law is well-known for representing national hospitality groups, with popular restaurants such as bartaco, Barcelona Wine Bar, Sixty Vines, Hawkers, Mexican Sugar and others. In addition, they serve prominent developers, local businesses, municipalities, lenders, and individuals who need legal counsel on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, and land use.
CandidateQualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Connecticut
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, detail‑oriented, deadline‑focused, and able to multitask with 5-7 years' experience
