- Competitive Pay – $22–$35/hr (RN-level up to $73K annually) + incentives

- Conduct in-home supervisory visits to monitor care, safety, and performance
- Provide real-time coaching and mentoring in ADLs/IADLs, dementia care, fall prevention, and infection control
- Support caregivers with retraining, recognition, and advocacy
- Document supervisory visits in our CRM/EVV system same day
- Ensure compliance with EVV, HIPAA, and professional standards
- Collaborate with the Nurse Director and Scheduling Team for caregiver-client matches
- Escalate safety concerns and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) follow-ups
- Rotate flexible schedules (day/evening visits, every other weekend)
- CNA, LPN, or RN with supervisory or leadership experience
- 5+ years caregiving or clinical experience (home care, assisted living, rehab, or long-term care)
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and chronic condition support
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Tech-savvy with mobile documentation (CRM/EVV)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (company vehicle may be available)
- CPR preferred
