The Graduate Nurse - Adult Psych position is ideal for recent nursing graduates seeking to provide holistic, quality nursing care in a supportive environment. This role involves temporary practice pending licensure, allowing new nurses to gain valuable experience in a psychiatric setting.

• Location: Westport, CT
• Facility: St. Vincent’s Behavioral Health Center
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide temporary nursing practice pending results of the licensing examination.
• Deliver holistic, quality, and cost-effective nursing care for patients and families.
• Apply the nursing process within the context of the organization's Framework for Professional Practice.
• Practice under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Report to the Unit Manager.

• Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.

• No prior experience required.

• Application to sit for CT RN license must be completed within 90 calendar days of graduation.
