YOUR ROLE
As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandise Team Leader’s right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always guest‑ready through replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to get the job done.

- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandise Team Leader by ensuring the store always represents AEO Brand Standards.
- Drive exceptional Floorset execution by training, coaching, and setting clear productivity goals for the Floorset team. Ensure all areas of the store, from uppers to tables and wardrobe, meet Floorset standards.
- Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and develop action plans with leadership.
- Help the Merchandise Team Leader maintain team understanding of AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment practices.
- Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins, keeping guest experience as the merchandising team’s top priority.
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Implement shrink‑reduction strategies and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You are organized, detail‑oriented, and excel at prioritizing and time management.
- You have flexible availability, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
- You possess strong retail merchandising and visual skills, with a history of retail work.
