The Part‑time Sales Associate role at Swarovski is an on‑site position located in Westport, CT. In this role, the Sales Associate provides attentive, personalized service to customers, guiding them through product features, styling options, and purchase decisions to create memorable shopping experiences. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include greeting customers, handling sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that the boutique remains clean, organized, and well‑stocked.

The Sales Associate supports store goals by meeting individual and team sales targets, learning product lines in detail, and participating in promotions and events. This part‑time role requires flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide an engaging, welcoming experience to diverse customers.
• Sales and retail experience, including handling point‑of‑sale systems, cash and card transactions, and working toward individual or team sales targets.
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising skills to maintain product displays, store presentation, and brand standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take direction, and support colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Reliability and flexibility to work a part‑time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic math and organizational skills for inventory handling, stock replenishment, and accurate transaction processing.
• Interest in fashion, jewelry, and luxury retail, with a willingness to learn about Swarovski products and brand values.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
