Summary

As a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor you act as the CHANEL brand ambassador, delivering elevated in-store client experiences and building long-term relationships. You will drive sales through product and service recommendations, support omni-channel client journeys, and represent the House with professionalism and product expertise. This full-time, front-of-house role requires in-person presence at the Westport location and a strong passion for CHANEL beauty and fragrance.

• Provide superior client service daily using CHANEL service standards and rituals.
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and event participation.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting products, services, and client recruitment and retention activities.
• Support omni-channel experiences to ensure seamless handoffs between in-store and online channels.
• Attend trainings and implement learnings; partner with education teams and use learning tools to enhance service.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and visually compliant work area and follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Address and resolve client situations according to company standards, collaborating with appropriate teams as needed.

• Service-oriented with excellent listening and communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cosmetics and fragrance; artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and retail needs; able to work retail hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs.
• Team player with professional presentation and strong work ethic; foreign language skills preferred.
