Unsubscribed - Sales Leader; Part-Time

YOUR ROLE

The part‑time Sales Leader supports the store management team by effectively performing the responsibilities of an LOD. They create a selling culture, enhance the customer’s experience, and achieve the store sales goals. As a member of management, the Sales Leader is responsible for the daily operation of the store and is expected to role‑model Unsubscribed values and Customer First behaviors to create a positive experience.

• Leadership
  • Perform the responsibilities of the Leader on Duty (LOD) as outlined in the Unsubscribed LOD Program to lead a Customer First culture.
  • Communicate clear expectations and hold store associates and themselves accountable to achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities to elevate leadership skill set and performance.
• Drive for Results
  • Partner with the Store Management team to execute the store business plan, drive KPI results, and maximize business opportunities.
  • Establish and assign individual goals to sales and stock associates; monitor performance and provide real‑time coaching.
• Talent Management
  • Train, develop, and coach associates to create a Customer First culture.
  • Motivate associates with feedback and recognition for positive results.
  • Communicate associate performance issues to store management promptly and develop resolution plans.
• Visual & Operational Execution
  • Maintain brand standards per the 5 S’s (In Size, Styled, Stocked, Standard, Signed).
  • Execute strategic, brand‑appropriate merchandising product moves to maximize presentation and drive sales.
  • Ensure consistent shipment processing and flow to the floor, maintaining stockroom SOP.
  • Execute daily operational procedures and support audit compliance and loss‑prevention standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Authority
  • Complete cash refunds for returned merchandise.
  • Complete employee purchase transactions.
  • Complete cash payouts for store purchases and services (up to $50.00).
  • Receive merchandise shipment; complete markdowns on sale and damaged goods.
  • Complete morning bank deposits.

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years retail experience or equivalent education.
• Team leader experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for store needs.
• Ability to receive feedback and act when appropriate.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Effective communication with customers and team.
• Collaboration skills and teamwork.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions.
• Proficient in technology use.
