Retail Sales Associate

Saatva is a direct-to-consumer mattress and home furnishings company with a nationwide network of viewing rooms.

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance as a key performance expectation.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
• Deliver a world‑class experience to our customers.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic and complex issues via phone, live chat, and in‑person interactions on the showroom floor.

• Preferred experience:
  
  1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Preferred additional experience: 1 year of telecommunications or call‑center experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Well‑organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to high‑quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude.
