We are currently seeking a part‑time, hourly associate to join our retail team on site at our Westport, CT flagship store. This position requires 20–30 hours per week, including weekend shifts. The pay rate is $20-25 per hour based on experience. This is an hourly position and does not include benefits. You must be open to working a few weekend shifts a month.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enthusiastically welcome customers and identify their needs
• Educate customers and pet parents about our products and offerings
• Restock product
• Operate cashier and point‑of‑sale
• Support general store maintenance as needed

• Experience in pet nutrition a strong plus
• Retail background preferred
• Must be willing and able to work weekends and some holidays as needed
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Enjoy engaging with customers and meeting new people
• Curious, quick learner with interest in understanding our pet products and translating knowledge into sales
• Flexible and reliable
