• Create a welcoming and professional customer experience
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and communication
• Guide customers through a transparent, consultative sales process
• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and appointments
• Work collaboratively to maintain a positive, customer-focused environment

• Prior sales experience required; automotive experience preferred but not required
• Hospitality, restaurant, luxury retail, or customer service experience strongly encouraged
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
