We're seeking an experienced HVAC technician who's ready to move into a leadership role without leaving the field. This is a 100% field-based role focused on training, coaching, and developing apprentices and newly licensed technicians. You'll work alongside leadership to build technical talent, conduct ride-alongs and skill assessments, reinforce quality and safety standards, and help technicians grow into confident, successful professionals. What You'll Bring 5+ years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with residential heating and cooling systems, heat pumps, gas, propane, and controls A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others Excellent communication and customer service skills Leadership experience is a plus, but we're equally interested in seasoned technicians who are ready to take the next step.
