Trillium Construction is now seeking a Timekeeper / Construction Site Administrative Assistant for a project in Waggaman, LA!
The project starts on March 2, 2026 and will last for 45–60 Days. Schedule is Monday–Sunday, 8-12 hour days + OT. Pay rate is $30/hour, DOE and per diem of $150/day (7 Days) is available.
Seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper / Document Control Coordinator to manage workforce time records and site documentation on a high-security industrial project.
Key Responsibilities- Track and verify employee time and attendance
- Maintain project and compliance documents
- Support payroll and reporting
- Manage onboarding and credential records
- Coordinate with site leadership

Requirements- Experience in timekeeping or document control
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- TWIC (Preferred) | OSHA 10/30 (Plus)
- CPR/First Aid (Preferred)
- DISA Green Status Required
