Server / Waitstaff (Part-Time)

Las Maracas Mexican Restaurant - 27 Louisiana St, Westwego, LA

Las Maracas is looking for a part-time server to join our friendly, fast-paced team! If you're attentive, punctual, and enjoy creating great dining experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
• Take orders accurately and present menu recommendations
• Handle dine-in and takeout orders (including phone orders)
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and safely
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
• Roll silverware and keep the dining area tidy
• Complete all side work and cleaning duties for your shift
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and reliable team members
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• A well-groomed, professional appearance
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be courteous and customer-focused at all times
• Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a server, waitress, or waiter is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person!
