Millwright - Per Diem

Position: Millwright - Per Diem Offered
Trillium Construction is now seeking Industrial Millwrights for a shutdown project in Port Allen, LA starting on March 9th.

This shutdown will take place at a CF Industries facility. Industrial Millwrights will be working on their turbine deck, working on Mitsubishi steam turbines (replacing valve racks and seals), working on turbine deck fans, barrel compressors, clarifier overhaul (confined space), setting equipment, rigging, replacing bearings and doing bolt up work.

The work schedule for this project will be Monday-Sunday working 84 hours per week. The duration of this shutdown is 28 days. There will be a day shift and a night shift running 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.

Pay for this position is $35 and $150 all 7 days. There is travel pay for those who qualify, up to 881 miles paid at 60 cents to and from site as well as up to 14 hours ST pay for the duration of travel to and from site. Candidates will only receive travel incentives if they complete the entire duration.

-It is preferred that Millwrights have experience with steam turbines.

-Millwrights must have an active TWIC Card in hand, OSHA 10 card in hand and be able to pass DISA requirements in order to be considered.
-Candidates must supply all basic hand tools, metric size tools will be required, as well as FR clothing, harness and wear standard PPE.
-Candidates must pass all pre-employment screenings including a 10 panel drug screen and a hair follicle test.
