Tax ManagerLocation: Massachusetts (Onsite)Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager to this team. This position focuses on tax preparation and planning for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses.

Requirements:

• CPA or EA certification (mandatory)

• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in a small CPA or EA firm, with a supervisory role

• Proven ability to handle bookkeeping and tax return preparation

• Experience reviewing complex and mid-level individual tax returns

• Strong client management and tax planning expertise, especially for business owners

• Generalist with broad industry experience

Work Structure:

• Onsite position, with the potential for hybrid work after one year
