Billing & Collections Associate - Hybrid / Westwood, MA

Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Billing & Collections Associate to support customer billing and account services. This role focuses on handling account inquiries, resolving billing concerns, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

• Assist customers with billing and account-related inquiries.
• Research and resolve account issues.
• Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Update customer information and account records.
• Verify coverage and billing details.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• 3+ years of customer service, billing, collections, or related experience.
• Experience with healthcare billing or insurance processes preferred.
• Epic experience is a plus.
