Operations & Management Assistant THE OPPORTUNITY
As our new Operations & Management Assistant, you will be part of the heart of our Buying & Merchandising department, playing a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with both management and the wider B & M team in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment where structure, ownership, and initiative are essential.
The Buying & Merchandising team is dynamic, ambitious, and highly collaborative, bringing together diverse personalities and nationalities who work hard and support each other.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow, take ownership, and build a long‑term career within buying or merchandising, while also gaining hands‑on experience in one of Scandinavia’s fastest‑growing fashion e‑commerce companies.
WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will take ownership, drive projects forward, and keep the team organized while providing support to the management team. Tasks may include:
- Coordinating workflows, timelines, and daily procedures to ensure everything stays on track
- Managing administrative tasks such as emails, contracts, meetings, and documentation
- Planning and arranging internal and external events, and handling brand samples for marketing purposes
- Supporting ad hoc projects and ensuring clear communication across the department
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements, and providing general support to management and the team
We are looking for someone with the right mindset and attitude, who is eager to take ownership, step in when needed and grow within the team. Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role is a plus, but your drive and ability to get things done are what really matter. You are someone who:
- Is highly organized, structured, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Takes initiative, works independently, and thrives as part of a team
- Is motivated, driven, and eager to grow professionally while taking on increasing responsibility
- Has strong interpersonal skills, confidence in interacting with different stakeholders, and a positive, energetic attitude
- Is fluent in English and Danish, with strong Excel skills preferred
