THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Student Assistant to join our Front Office & Office Support team at Boozt’s new headquarters at Kalvebod Brygge.

As a Student Assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks and get practical experience in office operations. It’s the perfect opportunity to grow professionally while complementing your studies.

What you will do- Keep office- and front desk areas tidy and organized; coffee stations, printer rooms, and office supplies
- Handle incoming mail and parcels
- Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services
- Support daily cafe operations
- Welcome guests and support colleagues as needed
- Help plan, organise and host internal and external events
You are proactive, alert, and comfortable working independently. You have a strong attention-to-detail and naturally notice what needs to be done and take initiative without being asked.
You are service-minded, approachable, and create a welcoming, warm and professional atmosphere. You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
, communicate clearly and calmly in both languages, take ownership of your tasks, and manage your time effectively.

- Are outgoing and helpful, preferably with experience in the service industry

- Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Working hours are split into shifts: 07:00-13:00 and 12:00-17:00
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Flexibility in working hours, especially during events
