Responsibilities
- Supports the coordination and execution of Inventory Management including storeroom replenishment.
- Monitors inventory levels and material demand for assigned location(s) and replenishes inventory ensuring appropriate on-hand quantities.
- Assists with maintaining accurate records of corporate inventory and assigned location(s).
- Works with assigned locations and suppliers to ensure inventory needs are supported in a timely manner.
- Expedites past due orders with suppliers and communicates delivery information to business partners.
- Maintains open order integrity and item master data maintenance.
- Assists with coordination of quarantined materials, return to vendor, and follow‑through to final disposition.
- Assists other analysts on major projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience.
- Ability to analyze information.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
