• Oversee the administration and execution details to attain influencer content including managing PO creation & vendor setup
• Facilitating influencer and talent contracts with legal.
• Owning and maintaining talent, social, influencer, seeding budget.
• Own weekly budget meeting with team.
• Assist in agency relationship management.
• Assist in managing seeding initiatives.
• Assist in the proofing of the creative concepts and results.
• Assist in supervising and publishing influencer performance metrics.
• Act as a liaison with agency partners and talent.
• Assist in writing influencer briefs that drive creative output.
• Support social listening, maintaining a deep understanding on the latest trends, consumer insights, capabilities, and algorithm shifts across social platforms and influencers.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team on content brainstorms, assisting in the ideation and execution processes, including copywriting, scheduling influencer support posts, and content creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Expert in Microsoft office (PPT, Excel, Word) and Canva.
• Influencer and NIL experience preferred.
• Understanding of and fluency across key social platforms.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Naturally curious, idea generator, and avid user of social media platforms. Eagerness to explore and test emerging trends.
• Thrives in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both collaboratively and autonomously.

Associate Influencer Specialist

Salary or Pay Range: $61,000 - $71,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas:
Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
