Asset Coordinator

The Asset Coordinator reports to a Production Art Manager and is a high attention to detail coordinator who will need to work cross-functionally across multiple departments with regards to all creative assets including design templates, logo sheets, and production art files. This person works in Adobe and Excel formats daily. Responsible for accurately reviewing, setting up and maintaining design template rules in our GBS art request system as well as sending art to vendors.

• Verify accuracy and input of all design templates in our homegrown GBS art request system.
• Work with Design & Production Art team to ensure templates are accurate & understandable for artists to work with and that they are delivered and ready for use in a timely manner.
• Work with Design, Development, and PM team in distinguishing silhouette and color limitations in GBS.
• Properly communicate changes to templates with Production Art teams
• Assign location on creative server and communicate to production designers for future orders

• Maintain data information within GBS Style Designs
• Cleans up data (Updating color palettes, maintaining styles within seasons)
• Works with IT department to update information accurately
• Distinguish any silhouette & color limitations within GBS
• Assign graphic code options per silhouette
• Maintain all colors for fabrics, trims and applications for apparel, headwear and accessories per season
• Add pricing for styles within system with direction from Product Team.
• Assign codes for colors, fabrics etc. within the system for seasonal assortments
• Activate & Inactivate styles within GBS server as needed
• Work effectively with colleagues to communicate changes
• Files management and organization within Art Servers

• Work with Purchasing team & Production Art Manager to send artwork links to vendors as needed and in a timely manner
• Request and track samples from vendors on a daily basis to ensure timely delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Adobe Illustrator proficiency (Mac based)
• Apparel, Graphics, and/or Headwear knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Maintains highest possible standards, attention to detail and deadline oriented
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills
