The School provides a variety of experiences and activities designed to encourage children to learn about themselves, their friends, and their surroundings. This is done in small and large group experiences, quiet times and active play, as well as indoor and outdoor activities.
WCS is seeking a warm, nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our professional faculty. This is a 40‑hour per week position with 8‑hour shifts between 7:15 am and 5:45 pm. This educator would join a dedicated classroom teaching team to help with child supervision, curriculum planning, assessment, parent communication, and ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols.

Monday – Friday: 7:15 am – 5:45 pm (8‑hour shift) - Year‑round position
- Work as part of a teaching team, alongside other qualified toddler educators
- We staff one over the state required ratios in each of our classrooms
- EEC qualified infant/toddler teacher
- Toddler teaching experience
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree or working towards degree
- Early Childhood Education Degree
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
