The School provides a variety of experiences and activities designed to encourage children to learn about themselves, their friends, and their surroundings. This is done in small and large group experiences, quiet times and active play, as well as indoor and outdoor activities.

WCS is seeking warm, nurturing Float Teachers to join our professional faculty. This is a 40 hour per week position with 8 hour shifts between 7:15am and 5:45pm.

  Monday - Friday vary from 7:15am - 5:45pm, 8 hour shift
• Year‑round position
• Work as part of a teaching team, alongside other qualified infant and toddler educators
• We staff one over the state required ratios in each of our classrooms

• EEC qualified infant/toddler teacher
• Toddler teaching experience

• Early Childhood Education Degree
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Knowledge of second language is highly valued
