Westwood Children's School is seeking an
Early Childhood Program Director
The Westwood Children's School was founded in 1987, providing 52 infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with a nurturing, caring and supportive environment. We are open year-round, Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 5:45pm and all children attend 5 days/week. We are licensed by the state of Massachusetts and are proudly accredited by NAEYC.
PositionOur current director is relocating, and we will be looking for a new Program Director to begin in the summer of 2026.
Compensation and BenefitsThis is a full-time salaried position. Competitive salary, commensurate with expertise and experience.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree (Masters in Education preferred)
- Director 1 EEC Certified
- Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with or ability to learn Constant Contact
- At least three years experience a Director at a licensed and accredited program
- Extremely detailed and accuracy-oriented
- Exceptional work ethic
- Ability to create a warm, welcoming and positive culture
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others, collaborate and remain calm under pressure
- Team-oriented player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Flexibility and willingness to assist teachers when needed
- Comfortable receiving direction and providing others with direction
- Warm, engaging personality with a focus on quality care for children
