Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Rate of Pay: $47.65/hour
Union Represented Position
Join our team as an Energy Services Engineer, where you’ll combine technical expertise with customer service to deliver innovative energy solutions. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for commercial, industrial, and residential customers, helping them understand and optimize energy use across a variety of applications. You’ll manage service requests, coordinate work orders, and ensure seamless delivery of electric services—all while building strong relationships and promoting energy efficiency.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Serve as the technical liaison for customers, explaining energy use and applications.
- Conduct engineering studies and prepare detailed reports on energy solutions.
- Manage inquiries related to billing, rates, and service for assigned customer segments.
- Support Account Executives with work order creation and coordination.
- Communicate company standards, policies, and contractual requirements to customers.
- Track and prioritize customer work requests, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement distribution system modifications.
- Promote energy efficiency programs and identify opportunities for new business development.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
Experience2+ years of experience with electro-technologies and end-use applications across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
SkillsStrong customer focus, problem-solving ability, and initiative.
Other RequirementsValid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
