WHATYOU WILL DO
- Act as the primary point of contact for advanced IT support across hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently while delivering a high-quality end-user experience
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve our IT infrastructure, systems, and tools
- Implement and configure new hardware and software solutions to support a growing organization
- Collaborate closely with Tech teams and business stakeholders on IT operations and projects
- Ensure IT security best practices, documentation, and system performance are maintained and improved
We are looking for a structured and service-minded IT professional who enjoys working close to the business and taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations. You combine solid technical expertise with strong communication skills and are motivated by creating smooth, reliable technology experiences for colleagues across the organization. You are eager to grow your skills and contribute to the ongoing development of our IT environment.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support or IT technician role, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Confident in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems
- A good understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal;
Danish is an advantage
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA)
- Experience managing Google Workspace
- Experience from a fast-scaling or high-growth organization
- A post-secondary education within the IT field
