Role, Inc. is seeking a Computer Technician in Westwood, MA to provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems. The role includes installing devices and managing IT ticketing systems.
Qualified candidates must have a CNA, MCP, or A+ certification and at least two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Microsoft IT systems and a valid driver's license in Massachusetts are required.
Competitive pay rates are offered, and the schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
