A boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Interim Labor and Employment Attorney to represent municipal clients in Massachusetts. The role requires at least three years of labor and employment law experience, a law degree from a reputable institution, and bar admission in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include advising on collective bargaining agreements, representing clients before agencies, and conducting legal research. The position is on-site three days a week.

Competitive pay rate is $90-100 per hour.
