Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Labor and Employment Attorney to join a well-respected boutique law firm.
Overview:
Our client seeks a skilled labor and employment attorney to represent its municipal clients in collective bargaining and litigation.
Company: Our client is a well-respected boutique law firm located in the suburbs of Boston.
Experience: Three or more years of labor and employment experience acquired in a well-respected law firm.
Location: On site three days per week in the client’s Boston suburban office and/or on site with the firm’s clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Advise the firm’s clients on collective bargaining agreement issues.
- Represent the firm’s municipal clients before various state and local agencies on labor and employment issues and complaints.
- Conduct legal research, as necessary.
Qualifications Include:
- Excellent academic credentials including a law degree from a well-respected national law school.
- Admission to the bar, active and in good standing, ideally Massachusetts.
- Three or more years advising municipal clients on labor and employment issues, including collective bargaining agreements.
- Excellent attention to detail in oral and written communication.
Pay Rate: $90-100
