Fox Hill Village seeks a visible leader with exceptional financial acumen, superb communication skills and a genuine commitment to serve older adults as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the nation’s premier senior living communities. Fox Hill Village offers high-level resident services and amenities while empowering residents through cooperative ownership. Located on a beautifully landscaped campus in Westwood, just outside of Boston, the community is home to approximately 470 residents.

It provides a broad continuum of health and wellness services designed to support residents as their needs evolve. Residents enjoy a rich array of amenities all centered around a culture of active aging, personal fulfillment, and community connection.

The next Chief Executive Officer will be an accessible and resident-focused leader who prioritizes collaboration, active listening, resident and staff engagement within the community’s unique cooperative structure and culture. The CEO will inspire confidence among residents, staff, and the resident Board of Directors, while advancing a shared vision for the future. Success in this role will require a leader who can balance strategic innovation with operational excellence and foster a culture that prioritizes transparency, trust, communication, and accountability.

Given the organization’s cooperative governance model, the ability to engage with residents and the Board of Directors as partners in decision-making will be essential.

Reporting directly to the Fox Hill Village Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as the primary ambassador for Fox Hill Village and represent the organization throughout the broader senior living and aging services community. The ideal candidate for CEO will bring significant executive leadership experience in aging services, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, cooperatives or a related field. The CEO will demonstrate professional accomplishments that include strategic leadership, operational achievement, financial stewardship, and supporting an exceptional resident experience.

Experience in master and capital planning will be essential for the role. Fox Hill’s next CEO will embrace a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults and will advance Fox Hill Village's mission of providing an engaging, empowering, and outstanding living experience for its residents.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $350,000 – $450,000. The referenced salary range is commensurate with the candidate's skills, education, and relevant experience.
