We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to an elderly population in our upscale resident‑owned retirement community.

• Provide personal care services/activities of daily living, medication reminders and light housekeeping to an elderly population
• Observe, document and report to RN and next shift CNA’s changes in resident status
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist in safe transfer and ambulation
• Participate in safe delivery of medication reminders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required
• 2+ years of experience providing personal care services to the elderly required
• Assisted Living/Geriatric Experience highly preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to follow verbal or written instructions
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to multi‑task and resolve issues simultaneously without sacrificing quality or safety
• Maturity of judgement and professional behavio
