Job Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Westwood, Massachusetts. The territory includes Sharon, Canton, Norwood, Westwood, Dedham, and Dover.

• Utilize strong head‑to‑toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post‑acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently at home.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

• Ability to work independently while knowing when to elevate concerns.
• Make real‑time clinical decisions without on‑site support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments.
• Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits.
• Efficient with point‑of‑care documentation and technology.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity expectations.
• Comfortable providing care in varied home environments.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules.
• Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respects patient autonomy.

• Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (school transcript or diploma).
• At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab units.

• Competitive pay ranges with weekly pay schedule.
• Weekly base pay $60.00 – $68.00 per point (subject to qualifications and negotiations).
• Sign‑on bonus $10,000.00.
