• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the showroom.
• Supervise and develop showroom staff.
• Build relationships through local marketing efforts.

• Retail luxury store management is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail store management, preferably in home goods.
• Strong leadership and action‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship building and closing skills.
• Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to create and communicate product and design solutions in a timely manner.
• Values that promote results and team‑spirited competition.
• Will work showroom hours, including rotating weekends.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening and assessment.
