Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

’47 Web – Buyer

Reporting

• Lead and present business analysis on a weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual basis and determine + execute actions to take to drive the business
• Lead and share ongoing competitive research + trend analysis

Assortment Building

• Develop + Execute Annual, Seasonal, Monthly assortment and buy strategies incorporating market intel, business results and brand initiatives – including owning building category, gender / age range + product franchise strategies for legacy + new programs
• Own building and maintaining a line plan (including sku count planning, retail strategy and league / team planning)
• Oversee + lead web assortment / product creation process in partnership with the Product Team
• Own + Manage buy timelines and buy process across buying + planning
• Collaborate + drive web buying / planning point of view with marketing to ensure assortment vision is communicated and brought to life

Systems

• Be an expert in systems utilized daily for job functions – Blue Cherry, GBS, Excel, and others as need determines

Cross Functional Partnership

• Build + maintain relationships across key cross functional internal partners
• Play a key role in communication between cross functional partners regarding ’47 Web buying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preference in retail merchandising or business)
• Buyer: 3-5 years experience in Buying or Merchandising with a corporate retailer or brand
• Highly motivated professional with desire for career growth within ‘47
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – specifically Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask
• Commitment to teamwork, accountability + driving results
