Maintenance Technician – Industrial Manufacturing

Location:

Westwood, MA (University Ave)

Shift: Full-time; overtime and weekends required.

Compensation: $58,000 - $67,000 per year (competitive; commensurate with experience).

• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Execute scheduled PM tasks to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
• System Installation:
  Plumb and install air/water lines; assist with electrical circuit maintenance (including three‑phase).
• Custom Fabrication:
  Utilize welding and carpentry skills to design and construct specialized fixtures to optimize production.
• Operational Excellence:
  Read and interpret work instructions, safety manuals, blueprints, and schematics to ensure all repairs meet industrial standards.

• Electrical Aptitude:
  Practical experience with wiring and circuits (including three‑phase).
• Trade Basics:
  Ability to weld, fabricate, and perform basic carpentry.

  Friendly demeanor, math skills, and sharp attention to detail.
• Flexibility:
  High sense of urgency and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
