Who are you?

We are a baseball player development center with about 18K of new facility space and a large gym that needs to be built out.

Our client focus: occasional elementary schoolers and primarily middle school, high school and college players looking to reach the next level—whether in D1, D2, or D3 colleges or training to make a JV or Varsity team in high school.

Our goal: to observe the small details in form, discipline, and how to build our athletes into better performers. Strength and power generated must be converted into reaction time, balance, stability, core strength, lateral movement patterns, and speed.

We have several former pros who work with our crew and we need weekend warriors who can drop in early and train our athletes. Our culture centers on serving the obsessive athlete who wants to compete and perform at optimal levels on the baseball field. We are looking for a strength coach who is passionate about training, understands the human body and movement patterns, learns continuously, and can communicate with our baseball instructors.

We primarily have baseball players in our gym and want to enhance baseball‑specific skill sets through specific patterning or repetition. Creative models of training are welcome. We need a strength coach who understands how to build strength, power, speed training, mobility, agility drills, and to focus on small and large muscle groups. We collaborate with outside organizations across the US and this is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and network with our ventures.

We have been in business for about 3 years and recently moved locations to house our expanding clientele.

Higher certifications and degrees will bump up salary and offerings.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach who can prioritize baseball‑focused needs like strength, speed, agility and mobility yet understand how strength and power play a defining role in everything we do. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will perform fitness assessments, movement screens, design customized training programs, develop the athletic prowess of primarily baseball players (and other sports), and provide insights on injury prevention.

Your primary goal is to help clients define their fitness objectives, on‑field needs to compete at higher levels, and to understand how to communicate with players and parents alike. We track information, create benchmarks, and measure progress, so a structured process is very important to us. You should understand how the body works scientifically and optimize strength, speed, and endurance. The ideal candidate is a gym junkie who wants to grow personally as we are constantly challenged with balancing power, strength, speed, and rest.

NCSA‑CPT certified coaches are preferred.

We can offer part‑time opportunities that may evolve into full‑time, a two‑way street and a potential win‑win. We do many 1:1 private training and small group enhancement model training to provide customized wants of our clientele.

Responsibilities
