Overview
Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Medical Director – Northern New Jersey (Near NYC)
Opportunity Highlights- Leadership role overseeing an OB/GYN hospitalist program
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive clinical quality and program growth
- Blend of clinical care and administrative responsibilities
- Supportive, team-oriented environment with strong leadership resources
- Ideal for experienced hospitalists or physicians transitioning into leadership
- Full-time position
- Six 24-hour in-house shifts per month
- Total compensation: $378,000 – $433,000 including Medical Director stipend
- Sign-on bonus up to $40,000
- Relocation assistance up to $25,000
- Comprehensive benefits package and CME allowance
- Paid malpractice coverage
- No billing or coding responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of hospitalist team
- Partner with hospital executives on quality initiatives
- Support program development and operational excellence
- Promote collaborative, patient-centered OB/GYN care
- Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Hospitalist experience preferred; leadership interest welcomed
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Located in Bergen County, New Jersey, within the NYC metro area
- Easy access to Manhattan via public transportation
- Suburban community with walkable downtown, dining, parks, and top-rated schools
