Qualifications- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate:
Elementary School Teacher required, with Teacher of Students with Disabilities preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and developmentally appropriate classroom activities
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
- Per the established WEA Salary Guide ranging from $56,000 - $67,700
- Full‑time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits.
- Sick and personal days are included per the WEA contract.
