IT Systems & Network Administrator

Mavi is seeking an experienced IT Systems & Network Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure across corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, cloud and server environments, endpoint management, and day-to-day IT operations while ensuring high availability and reliability across the business.

• Manage and maintain the company's network and IT infrastructure across corporate offices, retail stores and warehouse location.
• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and AWS environments to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ensure reliable connectivity for business-critical systems such as POS terminals, warehouse devices, printers, and office technology.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify issues proactively, and minimize system downtime.
• Support IT infrastructure for new store openings, relocations, office expansions and other business initiatives.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers for circuit installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Administer GoTo Resolve (or a similar RMM platform) for remote support, software deployment, endpoint management, and asset monitoring.
• Develop and maintain Power Shell or similar automation scripts to streamline system administration and software deployment.
• Manage operating system updates, software deployments, endpoint management and patching.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, cloud, and network-related issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and IT asset inventory.
• Assist with IT procurement, hardware lifecycle management, and software licensing.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for corporate, warehouse, and retail users.

• 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory familiar to AWS.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and enterprise Wi‑Fi.
• Experience managing firewalls, routers, switches, and enterprise networking equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with GoTo Resolve or another Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platform.
• Experience writing Power Shell or similar automation scripts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations when required.
