Retail Operations Coordinator

At Mavi we’re passionate about denim, fashion, and delivering an exceptional retail experience. We are looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role is ideal for someone with strong operational and supply chain knowledge who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment. The Retail Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day retail logistics operations by managing store replenishments, coordinating shipments and returns, and supporting efficient communication between stores, warehouses, and third‑party logistics partners.

• Coordinate picking and packing of weekly replenishment orders to retail stores, ensuring priority shipments are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Select appropriate shipping methods and schedule carrier pickups.
• Partner closely with retail store managers to coordinate inbound shipments and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate and manage store return shipments.
• Identify fast, reliable, and cost‑effective shipping solutions while maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing transportation costs.
• Communicate and coordinate with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners as needed.
• Monitor and support retail inventory flow to help maintain optimal stock levels across stores.
• Support additional supply chain and operations projects as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience or internships, preferably within a retail environment
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
