Marketing Manager (Social, Content & Community)

A multi‑generation, luxury women’s boutique known for highly personalized service, a strong point of view, and a loyal regional client base. With both a thriving in‑store experience and a growing online presence, we are looking for a creative, hands‑on Marketing Manager to elevate our social media, digital storytelling, and customer engagement. This is a highly visible role working closely with ownership.

The right person loves fashion, understands brand voice, and is excited to build community while also supporting the operational needs of a small business.

What You’ll Own Social Media & Content
  • Lead day‑to‑day strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Concept, shoot, and produce photo & video content (new arrivals, styling ideas, events, client moments)
  • Develop monthly content calendars that balance product, lifestyle, and promotional messaging
  • Elevate creative direction and ensure a consistent, aspirational brand aesthetic
  • Write captions, manage posting cadence, and optimize performance
  • Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and sales impact
Community & Client Engagement
  • Serve as the digital voice of the brand
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries in a timely, warm, and brand‑appropriate way
  • Build relationships with local customers, stylists, and influencers
  • Support in‑store events and help translate them into online content
  • Identify opportunities to grow loyalty and repeat engagement
Office & Operational Support
  • Assist with light office management and administrative tasks
  • Help coordinate calendars, vendor communication, and marketing materials
  • Be a go‑to team member willing to jump in where needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–7+ years in social media, digital marketing, or brand/content roles (fashion or retail preferred)
  • Strong eye for style, merchandising, and visual storytelling
  • Comfortable shooting and editing content yourself
  • Experience managing brand communities and customer interaction
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms
  • Organized, proactive, and excited by a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Positive, collaborative, and no‑ego attitude
