JobOverview:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate that will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, managing social media, and creating advisor‑focused content (presentations, brochures, case studies)
Responsibilities:- Execute key marketing initiatives and projects in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Provide marketing support to advisor marketing and lead generation projects, including educational seminars; client and prospect events; and marketing campaigns and outreach.
- Develop and execute on project plans in Asana that provide a clear picture of work in process and support business objectives and outcomes.
- Demonstrate accountability, ensuring that marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work with other members of the marketing team to gather data to analyze performance of marketing content and campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively within the marketing team and cross‑functionally with other departments.
- Stay up to speed on principles, practices and techniques of advisory marketing through discussion and training.

- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of marketing experience; experience in a registered investment advisory environment preferred
Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels and across departments within the firm
- Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service‑oriented and able to multitask
- Personable, warm, engaging; supports a team environment
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Experience in digital and social media marketing (Google, Hub Spot, Meta, Linked In) and project management (Asana)
