Travel NICU Registered Nurse opportunity in Westwood, New Jersey: join a Level II NICU team providing compassionate neonatal care in a welcoming North Jersey community with easy access to nearby metropolitan amenities.

• Orientation: 12 hours

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submission
• 2 years of NICU experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred/required
• Current BLS certification required
• NRP or NRP Advanced required
• STABLE certification preferred
• Strong neonatal nursing skills, including thermoregulation, respiratory support, IV management, and family education

• Provide high-quality nursing care for neonates in a Level II NICU
• Monitor and support infants with diagnoses such as prematurity, RDS, TTN, hyperbilirubinemia, hypoglycemia, and rule-out sepsis
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and provide immediate neonatal assessment and stabilization
• Manage and support respiratory therapies, including Bubble CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and ventilator-related care as needed
• Administer medications, blood products, and IV therapies according to neonatal care protocols
• Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:2 and deliver attentive, family-centered care
• Float to the baby nursery as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the care team to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care
