Weekend Bilingual Sales Associate – Women’s Fashion

We are seeking a friendly and reliable part-time sales associate to support our formal wear boutique during weekends. This hourly, as-needed position is primarily scheduled on Saturdays and other busy weekend periods.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping customers select dresses and formal wear.
• Assisting customers in fitting rooms.
• Organizing merchandise.
• Keeping the sales floor neat and presentable.
• Providing excellent customer service.

English proficiency is required, and Spanish-English bilingual skills are preferred. Previous retail, clothing, or fashion sales experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided. We are looking for a friendly, responsible candidate who is comfortable working with customers and interested in fashion. Flexible weekend availability is important.

Schedule: Weekends - primarily Saturdays, with additional hours as needed.
Salary: $16 - $20 hourly
