Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical emergencies and/or disruptive behavior.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.;
Document patrol activity and incidents accurately and communicate security-related concerns to healthcare staff and appropriate emergency personnel
