Salary: GBP
35000 - GBP
40000 per annum

We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Technician to join a highly respected and innovative business in Wetherby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit team on a variety of exciting projects, combining hands-on electrical work with creative engineering problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing- Installation, maintenance, testing and fault-finding of commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Supporting electrical installations across buildings, lighting and site infrastructure
- Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly to minimise downtime
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
- Working safely in line with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams on interesting development projects
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative solutions
- Experience with in industrial and/or commercial electrical environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of current electrical regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Practical, flexible and proactive approach
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems
- Knowledge of electronics and control systems
- Working knowledge of automation and automated machinery
- AM2 Qualification
- Mechanical maintenance experience
- Flexible start and finish times between 7:30am and 5:30pm
- Occasional additional hours during busy project periods, including some late evenings (up to 9:30pm)
