The role involves developing program policies, preparing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and working with the Office of the Attorney General on tax collection matters.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position in Wethersfield, CT, available on a hybrid basis with a Monday–Friday, first-shift schedule.### Key qualifications
* 10 years of accounting or auditing experience
* 2 years of supervisory experience in accounting or auditing involving tax laws and fiscal principles
* Knowledge of management principles, state and federal unemployment compensation laws, and accounting systems
* Considerable interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
* Ability to devise and install accounting procedures and systems
